Empowering Marketers Through AI

It all started with a conversation. As marketers, we saw AI transforming our industry at lightning speed - but something was missing. There was a gap. Marketers needed practical guidance to use AI effectively, ethically, and in a way that supports their teams. So, we built ACAM -a community-driven initiative to help marketers navigate AI while keeping the heart and creativity of great marketing alive.

Our mission is simple but powerful - to demystify AI and make it accessible to every marketer in Australia. We believe that marketing has become too much about process and not enough about good marketing that drives incremental growth. This is a one in a generation opportunity to reduce the process load and make marketing and our careers better.

Our Vision: To create a future where every marketer in Australia confidently understands, embraces, and benefits from AI, driving better results for themselves, their company and the industry.

Our Purpose

At ACAM, our purpose is to make AI adoption in marketing accessible, ethical, and inclusive. We bring a voice, insights, and research to the biggest topics shaping our industry, ensuring marketers are not just AI-ready but AI-responsible, with ethical guardrails at the centre.

We’re pro-purpose: blending commercial work with a commitment to reinvest in education, advocacy, and social impact.

What We’ve Delivered in 2025 Initiatives we have funded so far in 2025
  • Education and Research: Delivered 10+ free webinars reaching nearly 1,000 marketers, and published the first Australian AI Readiness Benchmarking Research Report  and whitepapers to guide industry adoptation.
  • Advocacy & Guardrails: Co-authored the AI and Future Generations whitepaper (featured at SXSW), advanced gender equity through a scholarship, speaking, and thought leadership, contributed to academic research on AI’s environmental impact, and provided pro bono education and consulting across the sector.
  • Pro Bono & Low Bono: Supported NFPs through consulting, partnered with CCS Fundraising to deliver free education, and developing an NFP think tank to identify key gaps in the market.
Looking Ahead to 2026

In 2026, we will expand our education programs by launching a new podcast and offering both free and paid learning opportunities to build industry-wide AI literacy. We will continue to advance ethical guardrails through new whitepapers and the AI Pioneers initiative, ensuring marketers have a framework for responsible adoption. We will also deepen our pro bono commitments by dedicating more time and resources to mission-driven organisations, while continuing to provide accessible tools and support.

Always with one goal in mind: helping marketers adopt AI with intelligence, ethics, and humanity at the centre.
